Aristides Baltas is a Greek philosopher, professor, and writer. He teaches at the National Technical Institute of Athens, Greece. He is the coeditor of Scientific Controversies: Philosophical and Historical Perspectives. He served as the Minister of Culture and Sports of Greece and as the Minister of Culture, Education and Religious Affairs. He is the author of Peeling Potatoes or Grinding Lenses: Spinoza and Young Wittgenstein Converse on Immanence and Its Logic.
