Ken Wark is a professor of media and culture at the New School Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts. Professor Warks research interests lie in media theory, new media, critical theory, cinema, music and visual art. Their recent publications include The Virtual Republic (1997), A Hacker Manifesto (2004), Gamer Theory (20007), The Spectacle of Disintegration (2013), and General Intellects: 21 Thinkers in the 21st Century (2017).
