Ivonne Norman joins our team at the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law as the Legal Network Manager of the Renewable Energy Legal Defense Initiative (RELDI). Her work will focus on advancing wind and solar projects across the nation by facilitating legal representation to landowners, community groups and public interest organizations who support clean energy development.
Ivonne received her J.D. from New York Law School and was in private practice for 14 years. She is an active member of the Environmental & Energy Law Section at New York State Bar Association and the Environmental Law Committee at the New York City Bar Association. Prior to joining the Sabin Center, Ivonne was an Associate at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. She was also an Adjunct Professor at St. John’s University School of Law.
