Elias Alcantara is the founder of Bronx Element Strategies and a member of Columbia University’s Center for Justice. Prior to that, Elias Alcantara served as Senior Associate Director of Intergovernmental Affairs in the Obama White House, as a liaison for local officials across the country. Previously, he served as a U.S. Fellow for the Organization of American States and resided in Santiago, Chile for two years. While in Chile, he completed coursework for a Master of Arts in International Studies at the Universidad de Chile’s Institute of International Studies.
