Chief Judge Bowdre just called an emergency hearing, to be conducted in camera, to take the testimony of Commissioner Jefferson Dunn of the Alabama Department of Corrections and Warden Cynthia Stewart of Holman Prison on the Alabama execution protocol. The hearing will take place in Courtroom 2A of the Frank M. Johnson United States Courthouse at One Church Street in Montgomery, Alabama. Chief Judge Bowdre issued another writ of habeas corpus ad testificandum to ensure Doyle Hamm’s presence.
