October 4, 2017 | Alabama Supreme Court Asks Attorney General to Respond

On October 4, 2017, the Alabama Supreme Court requested that the Alabama Attorney General respond to Doyle Hamm’s latest pleading urging the Court not to set an execution date. The Court’s order is in the Pleadings folder here.
