Revel, Harvard, 1993), <em>Subversive Words: Public Opinion in 18th Century France<\/em> (Penn State, 1994), <em>The Allure of the Archives<\/em> (Yale, 2015), <em>Disorderly Families: Infamous Letters from the Bastille Archives<\/em> (with M. Foucault, Minnesota, 2017).
