He is also the host of the podcast\u00a0<i><a title=\"Revisionist History (podcast)\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Revisionist_History_(podcast)\">Revisionist History<\/a><\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Gladwell&#8217;s books and articles often deal with the unexpected implications of research in the social sciences and make frequent and extended use of academic work, particularly in the areas of\u00a0<a title=\"Sociology\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sociology\">sociology<\/a>,\u00a0<a title=\"Psychology\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Psychology\">psychology<\/a>, and\u00a0<a title=\"Social psychology\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Social_psychology\">social psychology<\/a>.
