The evidence of this new form of torture is in the state&#8217;s affidavits, which show:<\/p>\n<p>1\/ On <u>October 3, 2017<\/u>, nurse McDonald stuck Doyle Hamm with needles two times. Doc. 12 Ex. F at \u00b65.<\/p>\n<p>2\/ On <u>October 31, 2017<\/u>, nurse McDonald stuck Doyle Hamm with needles two times. Doc. 12 Ex. F at \u00b66.<\/p>\n<p>3\/ On <u>November 7, 2017<\/u>, nurse McDonald again stuck Doyle Hamm with a needle. Doc. 12 Ex. F at \u00b66.<\/p>\n<p>4\/ That same day, <u>November 7, 2017<\/u>, nurse Wood stuck Doyle Hamm with a needle. Doc. 12 Ex. F \u00b66; Doc. 12 Ex. G \u00b64.<\/p>\n<p>5\/ On <u>November 14, 2017<\/u>, nurse McDonald stuck Doyle Hamm with a needle. Doc. 12 Ex. F at \u00b66.<\/p>\n<p>6\/ On <u>December 18, 2017<\/u>, nurse McDonald stuck Doyle Hamm with a needle. Doc. 12 Ex.
