He has been a Visiting Professor at Harvard Law school from 2011 to 2016 and at Keio Law School in Japan (since 2012).<\/p>\n<p>He passed the agr\u00e9gation de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur in Public Law in 2004, the agr\u00e9gation in Philosophy in 1993, and holds a Doctorate in Philosophy from Besan\u00e7on in 2001. He graduated from the Ecole Normale Sup\u00e9rieure of Fontenay-Saint Cloud in 1990.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining the Sciences Po faculty, he was Professor of Public Law at the\u00a0<strong>Universit\u00e9 d&#8217;Orl\u00e9ans.<\/strong>\u00a0He was nominated Junior Member of the\u00a0<strong>Institut Universitaire de France<\/strong>\u00a0(2006-2011), and has been awarded the the\u00a0<strong>Prix Ouverture Internationale<\/strong>\u00a0of the\u00a0<strong>Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles<\/strong>\u00a0(Brussels, 2003), as well as a Marie-Curie Grant from the European Commission (2003).
