Daniele Lorenzini is Temporary Lecturer in Philosophy and Ethics at the University of Paris-Est Cr\u00e9teil. He is the author most recently of \u00c9thique et politique de soi: Foucault, Hadot, Cavell et les techniques de l\u2019ordinaire<\/a><\/em> (Vrin, 2015). He is the co-editor, with Henri-Paul Fruchaud, of Michel Foucault\u2019s conferences Discours et v\u00e9rit\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 de La parr\u00easia<\/a><\/em> (Vrin, 2016), Qu\u2019est-ce que la critique? suivi de La culture de soi<\/a><\/em> (Vrin, 2015), and L\u2019origine de l\u2019herm\u00e9neutique de soi<\/a><\/em> (Vrin, 2013; English translation: About the Beginning of the Hermeneutics of the Self<\/a><\/em>, The University of Chicago Press, 2015).<\/p>\n
