Gerrard and Edward McTiernan<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/columbiaclimatelaw.com\/files\/2018\/11\/Burger-Wentz-2018-11-Holding-fossil-fuel-companies-accountable-for-their-contribution-to-climate-change.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Holding Fossil Fuel Companies Accountable for their Contribution to Climate Change: Where Does the Law Stand?<\/a>\u00a0 by Michael\u00a0Burger &amp; Jessica Wentz<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S1876610218301528\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Geological Storage of CO2 in Sub-Seafloor Basalt: the CarbonSAFE Pre-Feasibility Study Offshore Washington State and British Columbia,<\/a>by Michael Gerrard, Romany Webb, et al.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Center submitted comments and briefs to numerous agencies, including EPA, FERC and the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management.<\/li>\n<li>The Center sponsored or co-sponsored a total of 8 events.
