This report was subsequently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/cwire\/2010\/11\/04\/04climatewire-election-results-likely-to-proliferate-clima-86439.html\">featured <\/a>in the New York Times and widely discussed elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p>As the report and the blog post state, climate change-related litigation, particularly litigation challenging EPA regulation of greenhouse gas emissions, has recently increased and is expected to continue to grow.
