Oklahoma Director of Department of Corrections: “I think that’s inhumane”

Listen at 12:36 of the press conference below as the Director of Oklahoma’s Department of Corrections, Joe Allbaugh, calls what happened to Doyle Hamm “inhumane”. Director Allbaugh refers to the fact that Doyle Hamm was “punctured 11 times,” and then says: “I think that’s inhumane” at 12:48.

“I think that’s inhumane.” (12:48).

Director Allbaugh also calls for transparency in protocols. He decries “lack of total transparency” for something “as serious as the execution of a human being.”
