Implementation of the Affordable Care Act: Implications for 2014 and Beyond
This program will focus on the impact of the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (“ACA”). Program speakers will address changes affecting employers, unions, individuals, and health care providers. The program will also highlight the role that Health Care Exchanges will play in the provision of health care in New York State and address United States Department of Labor audits of health plans in 2014 and beyond.
