The National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) is launching its 2012 series of the Frank J. Guarini/NIAF Media Forums beginning in the media capital of the world, New York City! We are delighted to bring together Italian correspondents and American journalists of Italian ancestry from diverse print and broadcast media outlets to celebrate our rich culture and heritage, and to network with colleagues.
The forum panel will open a dialogue about the distinct manufacturing and fair-trade policies and realities of the United States, Italy and China, and how they may impact the future of a global economy. Our distinguished speakers include Stephanie Capparell, Senior Special Writer on the International Desk of The Wall Street Journal; Carol A. Giacomo, Editorial Board Member of The New York Times; Mario Platero, U.S. Bureau Chief of Il Sole 24 Ore; and Federico Rampini, U.S. Bureau Chief of La Repubblica, formerly China Bureau Chief.
NIAF’s leadership, including NIAF Chairman Emeritus Hon. Frank J. Guarini and NIAF President Joseph V. Del Raso, Esq., will be joined by our regional vice presidents in New York, Nicholas R. Caiazzo and Susan Paolercio, at the reception.
We invite you to be our guest at the reception.
